COWI has acquired EKOstrategija, a Lithuanian consultant offering consultancy services within energy and especially co2 emissions.
Important step

Significant strengthening of the energy business in COWI East EU
Focus on the energy sector is a significant part of COWI's new strategy in the East EU region as the importance of renewable energy, co2 emissions, and biofuel continues to grow. According to Andrius Koncius, Managing Director of COWI Baltic, this makes EKOstrategija "a perfect match for COWI in East EU".
Following the acquisition, COWI Baltic now has 80 staff, including the 15 from EKOstrategija, making it one of the most multidisciplinary consultancies in Lithuania.
