Contaminated sites: Mapping
The delimitation of contaminated areas and the evaluation of risk of dispersion of contaminants are some of COWI's key services in the area of soil and groundwater.
Historical mapping
We carry out historical mapping of contaminated sites or areas where there is a risk of contamination. Here, we optimise our efforts through a close dialogue with the landowners and with the use of new information retrieval tools, data processing tools and map production.
Business and private landowners
Listing has particular importance for landowners in connection with sale, new construction or extension of existing buildings. Why, how and when is a site listed? What significance does it have for the landowner that a site has been listed? COWI can help to answer these questions.
