Access to the ProjectPortal is password protected, but general access to COWI's data-drives is not a requirement.

The ProjectPortal should be considered used:

• when some team members on a project have no or limited access to COWI's data-drives
• when working or exchanging information with other COWI Group members on a project
• when sharing documents with external project parties, including clients and external partners.

By using the ProjectPortal all involved in the project will have access to the same documents and other project related information.
