The offices and staff work closely together in an international network drawing on the capabilities and experience of the many professionals in the various offices.

For larger projects, special project offices are often set up. It is the internet and easy communication lines that allow us to work together in this network which serves local as well as international clients, for example international contractors carrying out "design and build" contracts whom we assist with tender and detailed design.

The staff in the offices is truly international and comprise many nationalities. We see this diversity in staff background, language, education and culture as a major asset that increases our capabilities in dealing with projects and clients in a professional manner all over the world.

The number and locations of our offices makes it possible for staff to try to work in different environments, starting in one unit/office and if interested then moving either permanently or as a posting to an office in another country or continent.
