If you are a new graduate, you know that the first step in your career is also the most important. Getting your feet pointed in the right direction is paramount to your career journey.

COWI offers many entry-level opportunities in engineering as well as other areas. We also care about the world around us and, upon joining us, you will help us enrich that culture of excellence in engineering and a commitment to social responsibility.

We will provide you with the career framework necessary to get where you want to go. Your interests will dictate how you develop your career within COWI and will give you access to mentors in all different aspects of the business who can provide confidence and knowledge for you to succeed on your own.

Roll up your sleeves with a COWI internship

Being an intern at COWI is an ideal way to get practical experience in your field. Working at COWI allows you to roll up your sleeves and to apply your knowledge in the real world.

Intern positions open regularly so please inquire at your educational institution about internship opportunities with COWI. You can also ask an instructor or advisor to get in contact with COWI for any upcoming internship opportunities.

Working towards your Master’s and PhD at COWI

Master’s students regularly co-operate with COWI. Your instructor or advisor may be of help in contacting COWI.

A number of PhD students are affiliated with COWI through their universities. Their research areas all relate to COWI’s primary areas of expertise. In order to work towards your PhD at COWI, you must hold a Master’s degree and be among the top 25% of your programme. Your university may be of help in contacting COWI.
