With nearly 13,000 projects at any given time, COWI depends on successful project management. Highly skilled specialists need to be matched with equally competent project managers to secure value creation for our customers and the societies we work in.

Since 2012, COWI has run an internal project-management academy. The academy trains participants in how to use internal systems and tools to support cross-border planning and distributed work. This coursework gives attendees new competencies and allows them to establish a wide-reaching network across the organisation.
