Assignment Opportunity: Water & Wastewater 

For a number of ongoing and expected project opportunities in Eastern Europe, Balkan and Turkey we are searching for candidates with the following profile:

Project Managers/Team Leaders with experience within water and wastewater incl. experience in master planning, feasibility studies, design, tendering, construction supervision and overall project management.

Qualifications and skills:

• University degree in civil or mechanical engineering specialized within sanitary (water & wastewater) or equivalent educational background engineering
• Good command of English
• Good communication and report-writing skills
• Fully computer literate

General professional experience:

• At least ten years, preferably 15 years, of professional experience in the water field
  

• Experience from projects funded by International Financing Institutions such as EU, EBRD, EIB, WB etc.
• Preferably 5 years of experience in the implementation of EU-funded projects in the water field
• Experience in implementation of projects covering master planning, feasibility studies, design and tender dossiers
• Available for long term position

Specific professional experience:

• Minimum five years relevant working experience from Eastern Europe/Balkan/ Turkey
• Minimum five years of experience in a management position in infrastructure environmental projects
• Good knowledge of EU PRAG rules and FIDIC or equivalent contract conditions
