  • Your first step is to identify a  role that matches your interests and qualifications.

  • When you've found an open position that interests you, click "apply" and fill in your online application. You will be asked to create an account, complete your profile and fill in information regarding the specific position. Here you can also attach your CV/resume and other relevant documents. If you have everything ready, it should not take more than 5-7 minutes.

    Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application. You will now be able to follow the status of your candidacy under "Job management." If you have any questions, please refer to the information mentioned in the job advertisement or contact cowicareers@cowi.com.

  • After your application is submitted, the next step is an internal process for COWI. Applications will be subject to review by our hiring committee and the response time can vary from position to position and from country to country.

  • After applications have been reviewed, the next step is the interview process. The interview process can vary and be a mix of different activities such as phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, tests, case studies and reference checks. In some cases, you may also get a chance to meet some of your potential future colleagues.

  • The final step is where we will select a successful candidate and present an offer of employment.

    All candidates will be notified when the position has been filled.
