COWI donating consultancy and financial support

COWI is donating consultancy and financial support to help victims of the natural disaster in south-east Asia.
COWI is providing free consultancy services to help rebuild the water supply system and other infrastructure on Sri Lanka following the natural disaster that has struck the region, and in addition is donating DKK 100,000 to the relief effort being mounted by humanitarian organisations.

The consultancy assistance is coordinated with the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the appropriate authorities and organisations on Sri Lanka.

COWI consultants have for many years worked on projects on Sri Lanka, which positions COWI well to help rebuild the water supply system in the areas hardest hit by the disaster. COWI’s Sri Lankan project manager is currently assessing the types of assistance most needed.
