Majken Schultz new member of COWI’s Board 

Professor Majken Schultz from the Copenhagen Business School has been elected to the Board of Directors of COWI
Majken Schultz was elected as a new member of COWI’s Board at the company’s AGM on 2 May. Majken Schultz, 46, has worked as a professor at the Department of Intercultural Communication and Management at the Copenhagen Business School since 1996. She gained an MA in political science from the University of Copenhagen in 1984, and was awarded her PhD in 1988.

Majken Schultz is a member of the Board of Directors of Danske Bank A/S and Fonden Realdania, and sits on Industriens Realkreditfond’s research committee. She has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Reputation Institute in New York since 2000, and is active in a number of international academic networks.

Re-elected

The AGM re-elected Ole Steen Andersen, Manager at Danfoss, as Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors Knud Østergaard Hansen, COWI, as Vice Chairman. In addition, Henrik Gürtler, CEO at Novo A/S, Professor Niels Christian Nielsen and Head of Department Anders Thyge Egebjerg, COWI, were all re-elected to the board.

Berit Bankel, Henriette R. Bundgaard and Lars Rosholm are members of the Board of Directors elected by the company´s staff.
