COWI opens new office in Poland 

On 27 February 2008, COWI's newest office was inaugurated in Wroclaw, Poland. COWI's new premises are located on the fifth floor of Legnicka Husines House, overlooking Wroclaw.
Ten employees are based here, working with Jacek Jędrys who has been Managing Director of COWI Polska since September 2007.

One of COWI Polska's goals is to have 200 staff in Poland by 2010.

Services

Services offered by COWI Polska are multidisciplinary specialist services in management, engineering and environmental planning. COWI Polska renders consultancy services both for the State enterprises and private business.

"The Polish market is very interesting due to huge investments and development. The Wroclaw office is the first step in an ambitious expansion plan for Poland. We will focus on the emerging sectors such as water and environment, infrastructure and energy, and bring all our global competencies together in one place," says Vice President, COWI East EU, Peter Hostrup Rasmussen.
