The team used training seminars to facilitate an understanding of the need for coordination, introduced drafting techniques, established an interactive database, and ran practical training in the ministries.
It was important to establish an understanding of the problem between the government, the presidential administration and the parliament.
The project ran for 10 months. The Ministry of Justice, the Parliament and the EC-delegation in Bishkek were very satisfied with the result.
