COWI offers to operate our customers' solutions at COWI's own hosting centre. Our customers are only responsible for keeping the data of the solution updated and for linking the solution to COWI's environment.
COWI is in charge of operation and backup and guarantees uptime and operational reliability according to the Service Level Agreement made with the customer.
The advantages of such a set-up are many and allow you to launch your solution at low costs as you avoid having to invest in hardware and software and training your own operation staff. Most often, COWI can also provide a more professional set-up than what your own servers are capable of.
