Constrained public budgets have increased the need to work smarter. One option to reduce costs is to improve organisational effectiveness and management in public and private administrations.

To identify the strengths and weaknesses of an organisation, it is important to have a solid strategy for which methodology to use, data collection, documentation and communication.

Internal analysis
An organisational evaluation entails a detailed analysis of internal effectiveness and efficiency to conclude on the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation.

When the weaknesses have been identified, it is possible to recommend changes to the organisation that will improve performance and reduce costs.
