  • Interface Management
  • Requirement Management
  • Performance Management
  • Verification and validation
  • Test & Commissioning Management
  • QA Management

  • Document Controlling

Size and complexity increase

Projects are growing in size and are becoming more complex. To respond to this situation, COWI has established a dedicated unit to assist our clients with project management services within the railway sector.

International and multidisciplinary project teams

We are specialists when it comes to managing international project teams and projects incorporating many different disciplines. Most of our projects are multidisciplinary and, frequently, require an international approach. Typically, there are many different nationalities and disciplines represented in our projects - each with their specific focus areas and approach to implementing the project. Nonetheless, all these nationalities and disciplines are the exact key to the best solution.

Integrated team approach

To a large extent, the successful execution of a project depends on the collaboration between the consultant, the customer and the stakeholders.

Together with our customer, we carry out our assignments as "one integrated team" involving all interested parties in a close, open and loyal collaboration based on mutual respect and understanding. This approach has proven invaluable in a wide range of our projects and is e.g. applied on the Electrification Programme in Denmark for Banedanmark (Danish Rail Net).
