At the same time, we to a greater extent focus on end-to-end solutions in which refurbishment of buildings, social housing issues and environmental measures are integrated.
Collaboration creates results
According to need and agreements, we include the daily users, the owners of the buildings, the authorities and other interested parties in the processes from the initial investigations and ideas until the refurbishment has ended and the day-to-day operation has been restored. During the process, we ensure that all parties involved gain insight into and influence on the specific part of the implemented solutions which is within their particular areas.
Furthermore, COWI has expertise within the field of listed buildings. We act as consulting engineers for the building control department for central Copenhagen and The Heritage Agency of Denmark.
