Diversity management 

Prevention, securing and integration are three keywords in the notion of diversity management. COWI provides consultancy services on how the social effort can be approached so that it contributes positively to the results of the enterprise.
The expectations to companies’ social responsibility have increased during the last few years. At the same time more and more companies are focusing on how to hold on to employees that are in danger of missing their footing on the labour market, and on how to integrate people with no previous permanent relation to the labour market. Many companies also make an effort to prevent personnel from becoming socially isolated after they stop work, i.e. following redundancy or retirement.
