We use numerical modelling suite MIKE21 when assessing design conditions for man-made interventions in the marine environment.
MIKE21 and LITPACK modelling tools are also used to determine the immediate and long term impact of construction in terms of water quality and coastal morphology including coastal morphological processes and coastline responses to man-made coastal projects
COWI performs statistical analyses of hydraulic data and definition of extreme wind, wave and water level combinations.
It is our aim to limit the use of structures and maximize soft solutions including beach nourishment.
Often groups and coast parallel break waters are required. We have in depth knowledge and experience of such structures.
