Height model for rural areas
DDH®land from COWI is a height model, covering Denmark, which has been auto-correlated on the basis of aerial photos.
DDH®land is a national height model generated through auto-correlation on the basis of aerial photos. These photos were taken at a height of 3,800 m in the summer of 1995 and 1999.
The output was subsequently controlled and edited in stereo instruments. The height was typically determined with a mean error of 2 m.
New improved height model
With our production of orthophotos covering the whole of Denmark in 2002 and 2004 our height model has been improved.
Purchasing DDH®land
As standard, DDH®land comes with data in a 5 m grid for towns with more than 10,000 inhabitants and with data in a 20 m grid for the whole country.
