Satellite images 

The digital orthophoto product, DDO®sat, is based on Landsat ETM+ satellite data from 2001.

DDO®sat has a resolution of 12.5 m.
As standard, the product is supplied in a true colour version, an IR version (infra-red) adapted to field and vegetation mapping and a panchromatic version in black-white.

DDO®sat in use

DDO®sat is the newest product within national map products and can be used to: 

• Illustrate posters and other publications, for instance as background for vector data. 
• Map crops and vegetation. 
• Monitor the environment. 
• Analyze forestry and forest management to evaluate fungal attack or afforestation status, etc.
