COWI offers a wide range of training services, from training needs assessment, curriculum development and training of trainers through development of training plans, training delivery and evaluation. We also have in-depth experience in workshop design and facilitation aiming at competence development, innovation, networking and decision-making processes.

Training experience

Over the years, we have developed a comprehensive range of training courses in managerial, administrative and technical topics including:

  • Project management, monitoring and evaluation, Logical Framework Analysis
  • Aid management, gender mainstreaming, NGO management
  • Financial management, tendering and contract administration
  • Environmental management
  • Decentralisation, training in public-private partnerships (PPP) and anti-corruption
  • Negotiation and facilitation skills, project kick-off and teambuilding.

Training can be provided in English, French and Spanish. Our training approaches are characterised by participatory methods, problem-solving techniques, and user-oriented tools.
