In co-operation with the customer, we define the strategy for the company’s use of GIS-/IT. Based on this strategy, action plans are prepared for one or more areas, hopefully resulting in GIS-/IT projects.
Requirements definition
Before selecting a solution, we define - on the basis of the needs of the customer - the demands on the solution, typically in the form of a requirement specification that we subsequently use in connection with the completion of the tender process and contract negotiations.
The implementation phase
In the implementation phase, we can assist with system test, data conversion and training. COWI's participation does not, of course, need to include all stages of the project - we can assist exactly where the customer needs us.
We can take up several roles within the mentioned fields: as a sparring partner, project manager, specialist and/or resource person.
COWI offers assistance for:
