GIS-/IT implementation 

Before selecting a solution, we identify needs in co-operation with the customer and prepare the requirement specification. In connection with invitation of tenders, we offer assistance for preparation of tender documents, evaluation of tenders, negotiations and contract signing with the supplier.

The implementation phase

During the implementation, we can handle the project management on behalf of the customer and control planning, project economy and personnel resources - no matter if it is the customer's, COWI’s or other external project participants.

Furthermore, we offer consultancy within a number of special areas such as:

Customized standard solutions

For the customer's use of existing GIS/IT solutions, we offer consulting services in relation to application configuration, development of special functionality, data structuring and processing, improvement of working operations, and courses.
