Services within process consultancy

COWI poses qualified, specialised questions, which are rooted in our experience and involve the client in the project.
In its process consultancy, COWI combines the discipline and the process, emphasising the importance of creating the project as part of a dialogue. We pose qualified, specialised questions, which are rooted in our experience and involve customers in the project, making them instrumental in formulating preferences and requirements.

"Customers are taken on board in solving the task. They want to learn together with us, and see results that generate lasting improvements in their organisation. It requires more on our part than sending a report," says Susan Heilemann, discipline coordinator for COWI’s process consultancy network.

COWI’s network

COWI has set up a process consultancy network that includes 40 employees with different skill sets. We assist with:
  • designing meetings, workshops, seminars and conferences
  • setting processes in train
  • acting as a sparring partner for the project manager

A detailed script

To perform a task, COWI typically drafts a script for the process, detailing the objective of each individual programme item and the method to support that objective.

COWI works with different methods like dialogue cafés, where people sit at round tables and hold discussions. There can also be questionnaires or creativity exercises, ball games or small tasks to be solved jointly.
