Diversity means business

Mixing our diverse workforce on various projects is one of the reasons we can stay on top of competition and deliver world-class consultancy. We therefore see diversity and inclusion as a core business parameter.

Women in management   

One of the areas we focus on is gender balance. We acknowledge that the engineering sector has traditionally attracted more men than women, but we are working to even out the difference.

Specifically, COWI is recruiting more women into all levels of its management positions. In this way, we apply a deliberate and systematic approach to support and encourage more women to assume management positions.

To emphasise COWI's focus on women in management we have signed the Charter for Women in management.
