Annual general meeting of COWI Holding A/S - preliminary agenda

The annual general meeting for COWI Holding A/S will be held on Thursday 25 March 2021 at 15:30.

Due to COVID-19, this year, the annual general meeting will be held online.

If you wish to have a resolution included in the agenda for the annual general meeting, your resolution must be submitted to the Board of Directors well in advance for it to be included in the agenda.

Any proposals from the shareholders must be submitted to the Board of Directors via the secretariat, for the attention of Linda Vedel Andersen lva@cowi.com, no later than Wednesday, 10 February 2021.

The call for the annual general meeting is expected to be sent in the beginning of March 2021.
