Annual general meeting 2023 of COWI Holding A/S – preliminary agenda

The annual general meeting for COWI Holding A/S will be held on Wednesday 15 March 2023 at 15:30.

If you are a shareholder and you wish to have a resolution included in the agenda for the annual general meeting, your resolution must be submitted to the Board of Directors well in advance for it to be included in the agenda.

Any proposals from the shareholders must be submitted to the Board of Directors via COWI's executive office, for the attention of Linda Vedel Andersen lva@cowi.com, no later than Tuesday, 31 January 2023.

The call for the annual general meeting is expected to be sent to the shareholders by the end of February 2023.
