Reducing utility costs by up to 40 percent

Quadrum is a class A+ office complex in a strategically convenient location in the centre of Vilnius. The three buildings (East, North, South) boasts energy-saving solutions that help reduce utility costs by up to 40 percent.

It covers 70,000 m² and includes kindergarten, sports facilities, shop, restaurant and other conveniences.

The complex won the prize for 'best office and business development building' in the Baltic Real Estate Awards in 2017. The city centre earned the accolade for its implementation of sustainable and innovative building management and environment shaping solutions.

It is also the first office building in Lithuania to receive a 'Very Good' BREEAM rating in the Design stage.

Quadrum was designed by the Norwegian architecture firm Lund+Slaatto Arkitekter, with Espen Pedersen as chief architect. Lithuania’s Arches studio realised the architectural part of the project.
