marine oil terminal and tank farm

WesPac Energy–Pittsburg is undertaking a project to reactive an existing marine oil terminal and tank farm located in Pittsburg, CA.

This terminal will allow vessels to transfer unrefined and partially refined crude oil to the tank farm where it will be stored and transferred via pipeline to Bay Area refineries.

WesPac selected COWI to perform the marine engineering required to reactivate the marine terminal in compliance with the California State Lands Commission’s Marine Oil Terminal Engineering and Maintenance Standards.
