Do you thrive at the intersection of finance, technology, and transformation? Can you drive complex change initiatives while shaping the future of Finance? And are you motivated by turning strategy into tangible business value? Then this could be the opportunity for you.

Drive transformation across Finance

We are looking for a Finance Transformation Project Manager to join our Finance Transformation Office. In this hybrid role, you will combine project delivery expertise with broad finance and technology capabilities to drive strategic transformation across the Finance function. Initially, you will lead the delivery of key finance operations projects in close collaboration with external consultants. Over time, you will evolve into a trusted internal advisor, helping shape Finance strategy, define future operating models, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives that enable a more efficient, data-driven, and future-ready Finance organisation.

Digital transformation will be an important part of your work, including automation, better use of data and AI-enabled solutions. But the goal is simple: To create lasting improvements that make Finance more efficient, insight-driven and scalable. You will report to the Vice President and Head of Finance Process Transformation in this role.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead finance transformation projects from idea to delivery, translating business needs into clear objectives, scope, plans, budgets and milestones.
  • Drive cross-functional delivery, working closely with Finance, IT, HR and external partners to keep projects on track and deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Ensure strong project governance and stakeholder engagement, including managing risks, issues, budgets, communication, change and vendor performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement across Finance, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls and improve efficiency through digitalisation, automation, data and AI.

Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future

The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.

On top of that, you will have:

  • Experience leading complex projects, ideally in finance transformation, business transformation or technology-enabled change, with an interest in digitalisation, automation, data and AI.
  • Strong project management and governance skills, including planning, budgeting, reporting, risk management and milestone tracking.
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, technology, operations and external partners.
  • Experience driving change and adoption, including supporting training and embedding new ways of working.
  • Good understanding of finance processes, including transaction processing, accounting and reporting, with the ability to turn business needs into practical improvement initiatives.
  • A focus on continuous improvement and delivering measurable benefits, combined with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
