Are you motivated by bringing clients, project management, engineering disciplines and digital specialists together on projects such as bridges, tunnels, marine structures and other major infrastructure? Then this could be the next step in your career.
Lead ICT management from requirements to implementation
As our new ICT expert, you will lead ICT management, digital governance and digital delivery on multidisciplinary civil infrastructure projects. Our work includes bridges, tunnels, marine structures and other major infrastructure, often involving complex interfaces between disciplines, organisations and project phases.
You will advise clients and project organization, translate contractual and project-specific requirements into practical processes and workflows, and drive their technical implementation in collaboration with project management, engineering disciplines and digital specialists.
The position is a project-based leadership role and combines professional leadership of the ICT process, leadership of the project’s digital delivery and client-facing advice.
Your key responsibilities will include
Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future.
The first step to success in this role is that you enjoy creating structure and direction together with others. You communicate clearly, build trusted relationships and can align stakeholders with different technical backgrounds, priorities and contractual responsibilities.
You are motivated by turning requirements and strategies into solutions that work in practice. You understand that successful ICT management requires robust governance as well as active involvement in project implementation.
On top of that, you will have:
You do not need to be a software developer or perform every technical task yourself. However, you must have sufficient technical understanding to define the project’s needs, involve the right specialists, guide implementation and ensure that the resulting solutions are adopted by the project organisation.
Your professional environment
You will become part of Digital Design within Structures and Digital Engineering. We support the delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects, including bridges, tunnels, marine structures and other major infrastructure.
You will work closely with project management, engineering disciplines and digital specialists to establish consistent digital processes across multidisciplinary projects. You will join a collaborative professional environment where knowledge sharing, technical development and practical project value are closely connected.
The role allows you to influence both individual projects and the continued development of our ICT management practices.
