Meet Jan

Jan joined COWI in 2017 and was in January 2022 appointed Group Senior Market Director for renewables and Power-to-X. In this role, Jan is involved in accelerating the green transition through major green energy projects, e.g., the Energy Island in the North Sea, hydrogen infrastructure in Denmark, offshore wind and Power-to-X projects in Denmark and abroad. He participates actively in the public debate and presents broadly within this market sector. He holds deep insight into the markets, technologies and business processes of the renewable energy industry and has been elected to multiple national standardisation committees.
