Recruitment process

No size fits all. That also goes for recruitment processes. But usually our recruitment process looks something like this.

01

Before applying

It is always good to know what you're getting yourself into. Before applying, take a look at our website – can you see yourself in our vision and values, our strategy, and the projects we work on? If you have questions, feel free to contact the hiring manager or appointed recruiter.

02

The application

You don't have to submit a cover letter – often an elaborated CV is enough. But if you do, try to show us how you think your skills and experience are relevant to the job you're applying for.

We do our utmost to ensure that our recruitment process is as fair and unbiased as possible. You can help us by not including a photo in your CV.

03

Screening

In the initial screening process, recruiters and sometimes also the hiring manager assess the candidates' competencies and experience. If we see a potential match, we will invite you to an interview, either as a videocall or an in-person meeting.

04

First interview

The first interview will be between you and the hiring manager. The hiring manager will ask about your competencies and experience as well as your motivation for applying, and generally get to know you better. Often, we will also ask you to indicate your expectations regarding compensation and benefits.

The first interview is also your chance to see if you think there is a match, so don't hesitate to ask questions to learn about the position and get to know your potential new leader.

05

Second interview

A recruiter and the hiring manager will participate in this interview. The second interview is a chance for all of us to follow up on the questions and observations from the first interview. Depending on the position, we may ask you to do an assessment or solve a case prior to the interview. In that case, we will share our observations and ask you to share your reflections. At the second interview, you may also meet potential team members or key colleagues.

06

Job offer

If the outcome of the process is that we decide to offer you the job, we will contact you to discus terms and contract details. Once we have reached an agreement, we will send a contract for you to sign.

07

Rejection

If you don't make it to the first interview, you will in most cases receive a rejection notice within four weeks. We know it can be a long wait, and we strive to make it as short as possible. For that reason, the rejection notice will be a standard message.

If you make it to the first interview but not the second or the final job offer, we will call you and give you personal feedback on the interview and the thoughts behind our decision.

Tips when applying

Stand out when applying

Be curious

Ask us all the questions you like. So will we. That’s the best way to get to know each other, even if we may not have all the answers.

Show us who you are

You don’t have to pretend to be something you’re not to fit in. We see diversity as a source of creativity and innovation, and we want you to feel that you can speak your mind freely.

Be courageous

Tell us what you want to achieve in your career. Whether you want to be number one within your field, an enabler of other people’s growth, or the customers’ anchor in a complex project, we’d love to help you succeed.
