Meet Nikolaj

With an entirely military background as an army officer, Nikolaj has been involved in the strategic development of the Danish defence: How should the military capabilities be designed to meet the future? Nikolaj’s focal point has been the Arctic and international cooperation, and as a strategic planner, he has worked both at the international strategic policy level and at the operational development level. Having been deeply involved in developing the plans for the current military build-up, Nikolaj can bridge the gap between the defence force requirements and the role of the consultants. With his deep insight into Arctic matters, he is often used as a speaker on Arctic matters, and he is also a fierce advocate for a broader perception of the defence industry that includes the infrastructure piece.
