She focuses on integrating climate resiliency and carbon accounting considerations while enhancing biodiversity and social outcomes of projects. Passionate about improving environmental, social, and economic outcomes, Pia is dedicated to demonstrating that sustainable practices can be both feasible and cost-effective in the engineering and construction world. She drives movement in industry through active involvement in association and code committees, engaging with those on the ground implementing sustainable solutions.
