Meet Lilli
The biodiversity nerd
I never mow the lawn in straight lines.
Lilli Gruwier
Biologist - and altruistic mower of lawns
As an urban nature INGENØRD, Lilli understands that true biodiversity goes far beyond flowers and bees - it’s also about time. And lots of it. Trees take centuries to reach their full potential, and nature needs patience to make magic. While others find an old tree trunk messy, Lilli sees a biodiversity goldmine.
Curious about Lilli's perspective on urban nature and why she mows her lawn like a drunk person? Watch the video below.

INGENØRD [enɕəˈnɶɐ̯ˀd]: An honorary title for people who enjoy immersing themselves in professional or personal passions, a trait that can generate a never-ending train of thought or result in constant attempts to discover connections and solve problems – which often leads to heated conversations with other 'ingenørds'. Often, but not necessarily, they have a degree in engineering.
