Mindaugas Stankovicius
Discipline Lead Engineer who always puts people first
The most INGENØRDy thing about Mindaugas Stankovicius, our people nerd, is that it makes his day when his team supports one another. His secret sauce? He takes a genuine interest in each person to make them thrive.
Being an INGENØRD is not just about having a great knowledge within a specific technical area – it's also about letting your love for what you do shine through in your daily work, and making sure that you contribute to a safe and open work environment. This is definitely something that is on top of Mindaugas’ agenda. Just watch the video below to see for yourself.
INGENØRD [enɕəˈnɶɐ̯ˀd]: An honorary title for people who enjoy immersing themselves in professional or personal passions, a trait that can generate a never-ending train of thought or result in constant attempts to discover connections and solve problems – which often leads to heated conversations with other 'ingenørds'. Often, but not necessarily, they have a degree in engineering.
