Meet Cindy
The project management nerd
It was always nice to see the white giants turning their blades in the wind, knowing this will generate green energy.
Cindy Knörndel
Senior Project Manager within Wind Energy and Renewables Management
Cindy Knörndel is project managing the geophysical site investigations for the construction of a wind farm off the US East coast. Since she was a child, she has been fascinated by renewable energy, particularly wind turbines. Today she has turned her fascination into her profession, working hard to make the turbines turn at work and in this video.
Meet Cindy and learn more about the wind farm and what it means to her to help make it a reality.
INGENØRD [enɕəˈnɶɐ̯ˀd]: An honorary title for people who enjoy immersing themselves in professional or personal passions, a trait that can generate a never-ending train of thought or result in constant attempts to discover connections and solve problems – which often leads to heated conversations with other 'ingenørds'. Often, but not necessarily, they have a degree in engineering.
