COWI hires experienced HR executive from PFA

Pia Irene Andreasen will join COWI's Executive Leadership Team, using her wide range of competencies to contribute to the next steps of the company's organisational development and the development of the People and Organisation function. 

Pia Irene Andreasen comes from a position as Chief People Officer at pension company PFA where she has, e.g., developed and implemented strategic initiatives that have boosted employee culture and the ability to change and promoted digital competencies, including the use of AI. 

As the new Senior Vice President of People and Organisation at COWI, Pia Irene Andreasen will collaborate closely with the management to drive COWI's continued transformation. A key part of her role will also be to optimise processes in collaboration with the other Business Partner functions.
