Partnering with ISS to streamline workplace services

Previously relying on over 200 suppliers for workplace services, COWI has now signed a global agreement with ISS as its sole services partner. These services include cleaning, catering, internal support, waste management, maintenance, security and more. Certain functions, such as reception and site management, will continue to be managed internally.

Marie-Louise Christiansen Borly, Senior Vice President of Group Sustainability, Procurement and Workplace, states:
"Partnering with a single supplier allows us to streamline operations and deliver a consistent, efficient and more sustainable service to our employees. With reduced complexity, enhanced digital tools and a committed partner, our workplace services will better support all employees every day." 

The agreement will take effect on 1 February 2026 in Europe and 1 April 2026 internationally.
