The annual general meeting for COWI Holding A/S will be held on Tuesday 24 March 2026 at 15:30.

If you are a shareholder and you wish to have a proposal included in the agenda for the annual general meeting, your proposal must be submitted to the Board of Directors well in advance for it to be included in the agenda.

The call for the annual general meeting is expected to be sent to the shareholders in the beginning of March 2026.
