”A lot goes into every street, path and bridge. All you have to do is look out the window to see something a transportation engineer has worked on. What is probably most rewarding in my job is knowing that we prevent accidents and perhaps even save lives.”
Becoming a parent is one of life’s most important milestones, and supporting families during this time matters. To help new parents and guardians focus on what is most important, COWI offers six months of parental leave with salary supplementation, ensuring employees maintain their income while on leave.
COWI was the first engineering consultancy in Iceland to introduce this benefit, and we are proud to continue supporting our people in this way.
