COWI in Lithuania
We work on a large number of global projects that contribute to a sustainable future.
Our teams in Lithuania, specializing in architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) engineering, are involved in high-profile projects across Scandinavia.
Our engineers and architects are involved in various interesting projects across Scandinavia, such as the tallest skyscraper in the Nordic countries and the largest metro project in Norway.
Our architectural team brings expertise in designing innovative and functional buildings, as well as landscape design projects. A strong focus is placed on detailed design aspects and sustainability.
Our structural team has extensive experience with all types of structures, including steel, cast-in-situ, and precast concrete, with a primary focus on structural calculations and the design of engineering solutions.
Our MEP team focuses on ventilation, hydraulic, air conditioning and heating, fire protection, electrical, telecommunications, and security systems.
By combining our strengths in architectural, structural, and MEP engineering, we help deliver comprehensive solutions that shape a sustainable and modern built environment.
Our Digitalisation and IT team works on a full range of development services, from software development (solution design, development, testing, deployment) to GIS data management (spatial data analysis, transformations, and presentation), web solutions for cloud or local systems, and much more.
Our team handles half of the entire Group IT processes worldwide and assists with both customer-facing and complex back-end IT systems.
We are responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure, software, systems, and platforms. Our role also includes overseeing information security technologies and activities, as well as handling data analysis, extraction, validation, and modeling, along with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and other advanced technologies.
It can also be a good place to start your career in IT. Plenty of our colleagues have started from the customer service desk and became skilled IT professionals. You may join a team where line managers do not necessarily work in the same country, and you can work both independently and in teams.
Project Controlling Excellence (PCE) Central supports over 70% of COWI Group projects globally, playing a key role in financial operations and project control. Our team ensures efficient, compliant processes and accurate project finance delivery in close collaboration with Business Line Finance.
We focus on optimizing financial workflows through digital solutions and automation, allowing teams to concentrate on value-adding tasks. By providing financial insights and fostering strong collaboration with our stakeholders, we contribute to the success of global engineering projects.
Our department manages core financial operations that ensure accuracy and transparency across the entire organization. We oversee accounts receivable and payable, handle travel and expense processes, conduct month-end closings, prepare intercompany reports, manage accounting for smaller subsidiaries, and perform General Ledger reconciliations.
Working here means being part of a team that provides the solid financial foundation supporting COWI’s international projects and sustainable growth. It is an excellent environment to develop your skills in accounting within a global organization, collaborating with experienced professionals and contributing to meaningful financial processes worldwide.
We are in the centre of events when leaders need to attract and onboard new colleagues and are also instrumental in creating an environment that supports our values and fosters a culture of inclusion, cooperation and simply having fun.
Our learning and development team provides employees access to various internal training possibilities and coordinates training activities globally while also contributing to major global HR initiatives and projects.
