Using EU Taxonomy for Green Loans

EU Taxonomy Solutions
COWI provided technical assistance for the development of KommuneLeasing's green loan programme, including definition of the overall framework and criteria for eligibility as a green loan. This work included integrating the EU Taxonomy criteria into KommuneLeasing's screening tools.

This involved an analysis of the Danish regulatory framework in the areas of water, wastewater, green buildings, transport, district heating and biodiversity, and the synergies with the EU Taxonomy as well as KommuneLeasing's existing criteria for green loans.
