9,000 m² with wildlife from all over the world

The Blue Planet is among Northern Europe's largest aquariums. Due to its extensive water treatment system, the 9,000 m² vortex-shaped building is one of the few aquariums in the world where visitors can explore wildlife from all over the globe, with a variety of exotic themed exhibitions.

Technical installations simulate the animals' natural environment, while the light and temperature of the water can be adapted to the seasons which creates a healthy environment and ensures the animals thrive.
